Terraced house costs approx. 100m2: 4x80,000 €

Garden houses? Metal sheds? Container houses? .... or rather trailer hitch and do it yourself?

Who told you that a terraced house will cost EUR 80k? Where do you even want to build?

How many are approximately 4 residential units? 3? Or 5?

How many apartments per floor? How many floors? Features? Elevator? Roof type? Parking spaces? Garages? Basement rooms? Rooms per residential unit?

What does the property allow? And what does it cost?

And how do you know that you need a 400,000 EUR loan?

Have you already dealt with the tax aspects?

And by the way: You don't really have a plan yet, do you? How did you come up with this idea?

So we wanted to build a house for about 500,000 euros. That is the amount we would raise together with the loan.

3 floors with 5 apartments 2 rooms per apartment High-end features without elevator Roof type gable roof 5 parking spaces No garages We want to build without a basement

The property is 1077 sqm in size and costs about 96,930€

Not at all with the tax aspects yet. Do you have any tips on where to get information about that?

so it really is the beer mood :D ... and it seems to be continuing.

I just can't get the thought of the troll out of my head.

Find an architect who will get the fluff out of your head again. Or even better... just forget it if the planning doesn't become a bit more concrete.

For tax-related aspects, I recommend a tax advisor.
