Mortgage right calculated twice

Hello everyone,

recently had the mortgage registered with the notary.
The invoice arrived immediately, with several hundred euros for the notarization. That's fine.
But now the exact same costs have also come again from the [Landesjustizkasse]. (Apart from telephone costs, etc.)

Is that normal?

There are the notarization costs charged by the notary, and then the fees from the [Justizkasse]. This is normal, but the amount depends on the amount of the registered mortgage.

I vaguely remember that it was the same for me, but it should be clearly stated in the respective notices that these are different services, even if the amount is the same.

Mh, it just says once at the notary "Certification: mortgage lien" and at the cashier "Mortgage lien No. XY"
I knew the amount is derived from the sum. But that the cashier adds exactly the same value again?

The notary and the court are also working. Therefore, both are allowed to bill for their services.
