Hello everyone,
4 years ago, shortly after we moved into this apartment, the grout in our bathroom was renewed by a professional commissioned by the landlord.
The mold was already there when we moved in.
Even back then, we noticed because of numerous cracks that the renewal was not really done well (or were we mistaken?).
Now the mold is back again and we believe this is because the grout was poorly renewed.
Is that correct?
Otherwise, we ventilate a lot and after showering we wipe off the water everywhere as far as possible.
However, the humidity is often quite high, which is due to the high humidity.
Do the grout lines need to be renewed?
Does the landlord have to do that?
Thank you
