No, that question does not arise. It is a) daily routine and b) just like the other ideas. That would also be a solution. The question is whether it can be built without thermal bridges.

Yes, thanks, it has worked now. A worthwhile construction blog.We looked at this at Gertudisvilla in Euskirchen. Just search for it.
We have now both tagged him in our posts, so he gets a notification to check here. As I said, keep in mind my stone mantra: it’s better not to try to re-educate the contractor regarding the wall construction, but rather to choose often practiced construction methods from his portfolio for the sake of lasting building quality.Unfortunately, I cannot yet send a private message to @Golfi90 because we have too few posts. Then he might be able to help us with how Schmiedhaus did the construction. His facade looks like what we want.
Remember, as I said, my Steinemantra: it’s better not to try to re-educate the builder when constructing the wall, but to choose frequently practiced construction methods from their portfolio for the sake of lasting building quality.
"Klinkertruppe" is probably exactly the keyword. In most general contractors, this is done by universal construction helpers. But you have chosen a format that explicitly requires the most experienced masons. You're right. We will only do it if the structural engineer, architect, and the [Klinkertruppe] have no reservations about it.
Changing the special format for you once again would be considered a "violation" of the 11ant stone mantra "the same in green," as if one were taking a non-fitting brick processor constellation. An "invented" format would be even more nonsense. There really are enough different bricks "for all tastes" within the common formats DF, NF, and 2DF (and if the masons have experience with a monastery format, there is again a wide range of other colors there). What made you turn away again from Viebrockhaus? We also spoke again with the brick manufacturer. They could even enlarge the brick to 490x115x40 or offer us inexpensive masonry bricks with a width/depth of 9 cm.

With Viebrockhaus, the majority of their customers probably build a catalog design (which the competitor Heinz von Heiden calls "system architecture," and which I also always recommend to check first), while individual designs apparently make a significant price difference. I understand and welcome that; I prefer a provider with clear ideas about their target group rather than being everybody’s darling. I am unsure whether you are using the term correctly: unlike the general contractor (who builds on commission), the developer sells plots which they develop. The fact that buyers can express wishes often makes the terms feel blurred.Every change to the original floor plan costs extra. All things that are outside the Viebrockhaus program incur a much higher surcharge. However, Viebrockhaus made a good impression in terms of service and construction quality. [...] However, we have now found a local architect/developer who has already built many single-family and multi-family houses in our area. She has a very good network with reliable craftsmen. Her offer was significantly below the offer (-10%) from Viebrockhaus and we also included extras such as a geothermal heat pump, larger photovoltaics, and smooth tiles. Furthermore, we can incorporate all wishes, and she does not charge extra for that...
How Kern repeatedly manages to come up in discussions within the same income group as Viebrockhaus still escapes me.We also looked at Kern-Haus, but they were still 10% more expensive than Viebrockhaus, and the system with concrete/WDVS did not convince us that much.
