Hi,
Where is the problem with the Tektur procedure? Are you exceeding the building regulations with the 50 cm increase? As long as you stay within the framework of the development plan, it is just a formality and only costs a small amount of money. I think it was 100 € for the Tektur in our case.

Your architect will of course complain that it would be so much work to change the plans. Nonsense, he just moves the house upwards in AutoCAD or whatever and that’s it. If it takes him more than 15 minutes, that doesn’t say much about him...

Best regards,
Andreas

Apart from that, a slope towards the house is not a problem as long as the water can be drained.

The problem/stupid thing is that this will then be our 3rd building permit. :-( We have already dug a hole. In the whole town, this is no problem, but for us, it is supposed to be one. I just don’t understand it. By February, we are supposed to have used up the financing money. The house should have been delivered in December – we don’t even have the foundation slab yet. All because of such crap, even though it must be obvious to everyone – including the architect – that no one lets water flow towards the house or the garage. Why did he even use the original terrain and not the terrain at the street???

Are you allowed to drain onto the street? It is not allowed here; we would have had to install a channel at the roadside. For other reasons, however, we now have a slight slope towards the garage and then (when the exterior facilities are done) a channel in front of the garage. I don't think it's so bad now, but it also depends on how many meters of length the 33cm height difference is.

No, we are not allowed to drain there either. A gutter will be installed there.
