Our architect planned a slope towards the house and the garage instead of away from them. Unfortunately, as laypeople, we did not notice this and the plan was now approved as is. Now we have a slope of 33 cm! According to the building authority, we are currently in a correction procedure if we want to change this - of course we want to! To prevent water from flowing onto the property, the house's floor slab would need to be 6 cm higher above street level, and the garage's floor slab 2 cm higher above street level. According to the building authority, we could raise the elevation by 10 cm without further problems, but then I would still have a slope of 23 cm. Do you have any ideas or have you had a similar case?
