Metal crossbar for Ikea Faktum

Hello everyone,

I didn't pay attention properly and ordered the wrong Faktum base cabinet. I have now taken the drawer cabinet with wooden joints at the top and want to install a gas cooktop on it. When I wanted to install NYTTIG, I noticed that I have the wrong cabinet. I need the one with a metal crossbar. Does anyone know if I can just reorder that? What is the article number? Does anyone have one to give away or any idea how I can quickly get one?

Hello, you can try to order it through customer service. There are sometimes part numbers listed because the cabinet is available in 60 cm and 80 cm width. If the parts cannot be ordered, you should be able to return the cabinet. Take the printed page with the part numbers and clarify it at the [Einrichtungshaus].
