Material paid to the craftsman - am I now the owner?

Full understanding for the desire for minimal contact. Lucky is he who can delegate that in the company. Not responding becomes harmful at some point.

?? ;) well, I asked once a week if the material was there and when it would come. He always replied he was clarifying and would get back to me. They have created accomplished facts.

I don't think the behavior is good either. I understand very well the desire to be left alone. Furthermore, I find the apology refreshingly sincere. Your craftsman apparently has no one to whom he can delegate such tasks.

Guuuuten Morning, I wanted to report how it turned out.

I secured the wood, the craftsman wanted to come and kept canceling without any communication. Then we went on vacation, came back, and he came once.

He offered 3 days of work, the dismantling and rebuilding of the new terrace then took 4.5 days which is okay.

Unfortunately, these 4.5 days took about 3 weeks. He came 2 days in a row, then had to go to another construction site. Then the cat was sick, he only came around 10 / 11 and dropped the hammer at 16 / 17.

Anyway, the terrace is finished, looks good and is stable.

The sun terrace that still needs to be done I will do then with my buddy who works in construction.
