Material costs painting single-family house new construction

Our construction company charges about 23,000 for the painting work in our planned single-family house with 150 sqm of living space and a ceiling height of 2.70m. In the basement, only rough filling will be done, and on the ground floor and attic, filling, sanding, applying textured wallpaper, and painting will be done.

We will probably have to do it ourselves for financial reasons and would apply painting fleece instead of wallpaper.

What do you think is a reasonable estimate for materials? So filler, joint tape, corner protection strips, primer, painting fleece, paint? About 10,000?

We'll definitely do that! But we will have to do something ourselves... there’s probably no way around it. We definitely wanted to work in our ventilation, which is on the "painting list" alongside some other things.
