Dear community of homebuilders,

I found something that takes the cake. A solid house, but not made of stone, rather of wood, which is also cheaper than a stone house or prefab house. I am totally thrilled about it. Well, how could it be otherwise, I put up such a house myself. Wow, I have to tell you, I have never seen anything like it. The craftsmen who built the house for me had the building including the roof up within a week, they were great. I am still in contact with the carpenter to this day. They are all super nice and very experienced people.

But back to the house.

I have to say it has no recognizable disadvantages, on the contrary!!! I can enjoy the advantages of a solid house and a wooden house at the same time. I never would have dreamed that something like this exists!!!!

The house can be built almost without water, so all the usual drying times are eliminated. If you want, you don’t even see the wood because everything can be plastered inside as well as outside. I have a U-value of 0.17 with the wall, it’s almost a passive house, and that with a 38 cm thick wall!!! Where else do you get that??? According to information, the house can be built up to 7 stories high! And the best thing is, if you want to fix something somewhere :) just screw in a screw and it’s tight, and that everywhere.

As you can already see, I am totally enthusiastic, anyone who wants to see such a great house can visit me, the carpenter who built this super great house also has one himself, I looked at his first and I was enthusiastic from the first moment. Only unfortunately I didn’t know before that something like this exists. I almost built a brick house. Thank God I met someone who showed me the system.

The search for providers who build the house is not easy at all, because most don’t advertise for this.

What was amazing was, at first he said well for a turnkey house you have to count about 10 months until moving in. Well, that wasn’t quite right, in the 7th month I already moved in because the house was finished. And the whole thing without defects, that has to be emphasized. No mold, nothing.

You can tell I am excited, but I can’t help it :)

Looking forward to your comments

Martin

Hello Martin,

with all due respect for a self-employed carpenter who has to see how to pay his bills – so much blatant advertising is rather too much of a good thing!

If you want to advertise for one of your partners, that is understandable and legitimate – BUT not here on the HBF. Besides, you shouldn’t underestimate the users here – they do recognize very well when something comes in a "wolf in sheep’s clothing"!

Kind regards Bauexperte

Wow I have to have this house..

Plants that also have a tree in front of the door where there is always lemonade? (pipi langstrumpf)

and Kufur always picks me up and flies me to work? (Unendliche Geschichte)

Is there also a table in the house that sets itself and the most delicious dishes appear out of nowhere?

Looks like someone drank too much on Rose Monday? But I'm also glad that you don't have any mold yet when moving in! I also think it's great that you can put a screw in the wall everywhere! After all, that's what you build your house for! That reminds me, I can do that too?! Great!!!!
