It's amazing what all is transported in packages! How many packages do you receive per month? For most things, a simple design like the Guardi Easy Drop Box should be sufficient, right?

We have purchased a wooden parcel box with a simple hinged lid for packages. It is approximately 130x50x60 - it can hold quite a bit. It is placed against the house wall under the roof overhang. The delivery drivers really like using it because it is simple and straightforward. No squeezing or lengthy fiddling. Inside there is a sign that this is the parcel box, so there are no doubts.

Something like this only works in "safe areas". And if it works locally. There is no general solution anyway; everyone has to know for themselves what is best,

But the idea is good - since it is really secure here, this is probably the cheapest solution for us.

However, we have removed the inlet. This way the box is well ventilated, as there was stagnant moisture with the inlet.

My box is the terrace. When no one is there, it goes under the terrace table. Done. Nothing is usually stolen here.
