Kfw 40 +, so not yet a passive house. I took the value from the energy calculation.

We have it in a KFW55 house, it produces a lot of steam. But the heating calculation required it, although I think one size smaller would have been enough. Well, having a reserve never hurts, [it heats up hot water faster] .

Reserve is rather unfavorable, although it depends on the lower modulation limit. The actual heating load is usually significantly below the calculated one; the house does not get too cold with tight or appropriate sizing.

yes, I think so too, but that's just how the Heizerer are.

Thanks to the tool for calculating the heating load, I finally have a basis, even if it is not 100% accurate. Now the heating engineer revealed his calculation basis to me after I sent him mine, and lo and behold: he used different parameters. Let's wait and see how his new calculation turns out with my values. But certainly similar to mine. We will manage it without any problems with the above-mentioned heat pump. Thanks for the tool recommendation.

Ht 0.16 - is really very good. As far as I know better (and probably a bit more expensive) than necessary for the standard. I also don’t see that you will be cold
