thanks, that could be an idea!

@ Nordanney: it actually seems legal and relatively "fair," but the LRA said this summer that we could take our time with the demolition. I don’t find this turn of events credible.

That is true, however. One should be able to rely on promises.

Be careful with selling. I had enough and quickly shut everything down. I don’t go through every building to see if there isn't still a black light switch or let myself be abused because there is no more electricity. I should be happy and grateful that they want to take the things for free.

Acquaintances had contacted me beforehand and took things, that went relatively smoothly. For some things, it is really a pity. Only how?

We will actually give away most of it (I have also experienced that only things given away "go quickly". Hopefully it will work with the 2 kitchens in the house as well!). Well-preserved wooden beams, on the other hand, can be sold relatively well, despite (or thanks to) signs of age, our carpenter told me.

Then the carpenter can just buy them directly? I would probably make one or two appointments for all interested parties. And then get rid of them. How long does one want to spend on that, please. And yes, apply for an extension.

yes well I can't say anything about the deadline. but regarding the guarantee it makes sense. they want it to be demolished after all. if necessary, they'll do it with your money
