Low voltage spots in ceiling

Hello everyone,

the following initial situation:
The bathroom has the following ceiling structure (from top to bottom):
Wooden beams
Vapor barrier
Battens (3 cm)
Drywall boards (approx. 1.25 cm)
This makes a build-up of 4.25 cm.

Does anyone know recessed spotlights that fit in there?

I found these here:

It says height 2.8 cm, installation depth 5 cm.
Can I install them or will it get too hot?
Or is the height not related to the installation depth but to the height of the spotlight visible below the ceiling?

You can already say goodbye to recessed spotlights (if you want to be on the "safe" side) with the existing installation depth of 30mm, especially if you want GU10.

We have now suspended the ceiling with 2 x 32mm battens, so 64mm battens + 12.5mm drywall ... good spots fit in there (at Conrad there were suitable Paulmann GU5.3 spots + LED bulbs 6.5W).

With 3 cm, as far as I know, you can only use large LED panels or SMD bulbs with GX53 base (which, in my opinion, have a somewhat strange light).

After spending an evening browsing through various forums, I also decided to simply use a double battens.
Then it's 64 + 12.5 = 76.5mm of air, that should be enough...

You write that you used 6.5W LEDs. May I ask how big your room is and how many of them you installed?
For me it's the bathroom, 3.20m * 4m. With a T solution for the shower and toilet

I hope the formatting doesn't mess everything up, this is how I imagined the arrangement (# is the wall, X the spots):

Are LEDs enough or is halogen with 35W each better, that would be 12 * 35 = 420 watts for 12 m^2.

Why don't you make a counterproposal?

What I definitely hate is when it's dim in the bathroom.
And as I said, if I knew what to do, I wouldn't be asking for advice here in the forum.
My question was also related to whether LED bulbs would be suitable.
