We have a floor from the brand Wicanders. Mainly because of the total thickness of 10.5mm. It has two layers of cork which store heat and the other layer is for impact sound insulation. You can feel it when you place a plank on the floor and lift it after a while and feel the cork layer with your hand - it feels warm. We installed it throughout the entire upper floor (except) the bathroom. But I believe our floor does not have the Blue Angel label. In hindsight, I might have chosen this kind of floor after all – or just solid hardwood parquet.
PS: I would NEVER lay vinyl throughout the entire house. Especially in the entrance area or "dirt zone," tiles are easier to maintain. Some vinyl cannot be cleaned well either because of the texture or because it may not tolerate cleaning agents (chemical "swelling" or physical "scratches").
