I agree! An additional room on the ground floor makes a lot of sense. Nobody likes going upstairs to the office.

For some people, the conscious start of the day only takes place in the bathroom, for others already immediately upon getting up. Credo, crehehedo !

I find it pleasant to have a symbolic break between home office and home = end of work.

I am often in the bedroom because I iron laundry there, a dressing table is also there. Where do you iron your laundry?
