If you haven't found your ideal sample floor plan at Viebrockhaus, you can find almost the same style at Gussek Haus.

However, I recommend everyone who thinks, "just" a mirror image and/or dimension change, and the sample floor plan would fit them, to get a counteroffer from a locally based builder.

We will not build with Viebrockhaus. We will look for a local general contractor and have the house designed by our architect. Initially, it was just about having a live image of a floor plan to better visualize everything. Practically, I consider exactly that to be the best way. Always best with your own architect even when working with a local contractor. The plot also adds its own input, and in the end, "it all comes together."

And what is the point of a super great view in the bedroom? Rather in the upper guest/office room (if not children's rooms, or later children's rooms), where you can also enjoy it during the day.
