Basically yes, but here it is not so far off the center that it would be a major operation. The drainage restructuring (or its design integration) is likely to be the bigger effort.

I also really like the floor plans of Viebrockhaus! If you want to have a guest room on the ground floor, take a look at the 330. I also find the 610 very nice, with great ideas on the ground and upper floors. However, it is somewhat larger...

If you haven't found your ideal sample floor plan at Viebrockhaus, you can find almost the same style at Gussek Haus.

However, I recommend everyone who thinks, "just" a mirror image and/or dimension change, and the sample floor plan would fit them, to get a counteroffer from a locally based builder.

Once upon a time there was a country where, with few exceptions, you only had the choice between Trabant and Wartburg. Today many people only want to choose between Flair and Jette, whoever understands that ...

We will not build with Viebrockhaus. We will look for a local general contractor and have the house designed by our architect. Initially, it was just about having a live image of a floor plan to better visualize everything. Theoretically, I would give our architect the plans of the house and say, "Go ahead, this is how it should be, and this is what we imagine"...

Practically, I consider exactly that to be the best way. Always best with your own architect even when working with a local contractor. The plot also adds its own input, and in the end, "it all comes together."

I know the house from the inside from some neighbors - there has been construction work multiple times at our place. The couple, who have no children, have already noticed that the two rooms upstairs are unnecessary, instead there could rather be a room downstairs...

And what is the point of a super great view in the bedroom? Rather in the upper guest/office room (if not children's rooms, or later children's rooms), where you can also enjoy it during the day.
