I find the "Master bathroom" very cramped. Not even 8 square meters, you have no space for storage or anything similar. There is only some space under the sink, but not very much either. Just as a comparison, we have a 2-meter washbasin and additionally a place for towels, etc. Where do you want to put all that, towels, hairdryer, razor, straightener, cosmetic products, hygiene items, .... The list goes on and on. The same applies to the children's bathroom.

Yes, it is not big, that is true. In front of the master bathroom is the dressing room with a large closet, where at least towels etc. for the master bathroom could be stored. A bit of additional space could be created - if it makes sense - by moving the right wall about 50cm. But of course, this would be at the expense of the living area there. Do you think the layout is okay? Would you do anything differently if the master bathroom were extended 50cm to the right?

I thought so, that the planning is from those without children yet. Most children hate showering. The shower will probably be used earliest from primary school age. I would plan two equivalent bathrooms, which can later be men’s and women’s bathrooms. This idea of giving the children a small shower bathroom and creating a wellness oasis for yourself with only a bathtub that just collects dust is widespread, though impractical. Children can more easily climb into a tub to shower there. With us, it’s rather the case that I use the "children’s bathroom" four or five times a year for bathing.

I would give the children the bathtub, but no separate shower. Only the shower for the parents.
