Probably a fashion yes,

Unfortunately, the pictures suddenly contained names again...

Yes, I have the rights in the purchase contract

And for the gym room just strength training something with dumbbells... I’m building my power in the storage room carport.

Question:

I thought any defect found at the handover of the house must still be paid for by the seller?

Can someone clarify this?

As a rule, you basically buy the condition at the time of signing, except for any minor wear and tear that may occur afterwards. If something significant is damaged by the previous owner afterwards, they would have to pay for it. Otherwise, "as seen," unless defects were deliberately concealed or similar.

It’s basically like with a car. Test drive and have it checked before buying. Afterwards, it looks very bad when buying from a private person – unless you can prove that the damage was fraudulently concealed or already existed before. Signs of wear and tear, of course, do not count.

But the handover of the house is yet to come?
It can't be possible?
That once you are in with the realtor... and then just stand there stupidly if you overlook something?!?
Especially since we made the offer at the beginning of October and the purchase contract on November 4th...
And only have the house handover around mid to late February?!?
With the house handover, I have always understood until now...
That the seller still has to fix any defects found there.?

No. definitely not. Except if fraudulently concealed or something was separately agreed in the purchase contract.

That's why you don't just go through once, but also with an expert between the first viewing and the notary appointment.

Completely normal. I hope you went through the house with an expert before the notary appointment?
