Looking for design ideas for a mini guest toilet

Hello dear forum,

I somehow got stuck searching (and especially finding :D) good ideas to tile my guest bathroom. The bathroom is small and under the stairs. The dimensions are 90 x 140 with the slope above the toilet (so tall men have to pee sitting down :D).

As you can already see from the floor, my house is rather retro furnished. The neighbors call it the Escher house of the street :D. Now I'm looking for something fitting, "Escher-like", preferably in bright yellow. That goes best with the gray of the floor.

Do you have any ideas which tiles are available and how I can best incorporate a nice pattern into this small room? What are the do's and don'ts for such a tiny space?

I'm a bit overwhelmed right now and can't come up with any green or bright yellow ideas myself. :confused:

This is how we solved it: rimless toilet, flush tank integrated flush with wooden stud wall, reclaimed oak wood processed and installed from wall to wall, mirror also glued to the wall, stone washbasin, simple concealed valve, plain clay plaster, full-surface ceiling light with photo motif, tile as in the hallway, oak door.

Are the dimensions the floor measurements?

(or another color) Blue: is LED RGB indirect light White: plasterboard 5mm Brown: battens As a splash guard, one could install a tile backsplash between the sink and the mirror. With the same tiles used behind the toilet. Or paint with epoxy. Then set the light with color change.

Hmm, just take yellow tiles! :D
