Troll or serious question? Such a ventilation device does not exist. Especially if it is supposed to be a central solution. If anything, then controlled residential ventilation. Decentralized would be a dehumidifier or air conditioner. But no matter what, think about draining the condensate. At high humidity, that's several liters... Although, when I read your question "... to avoid humidity in winter" ... In winter, except if you have a general moisture problem in the house (= leaky roof, damp walls due to rising moisture, etc.) the indoor humidity is not usually high. Everyone has the problem in winter, thanks to the heating air inside and the cold winter air outside, that the indoor humidity is too low. I've never heard of it being too high.
