So in my circle of friends, a loan was granted .. 100% financing over €120,000 for 1.4%.

Rhein Main area.

190,000 over 15 years effective interest rate 1.5%, up to 80% loan-to-value, Ing-Diba, (the offer from Deutsche Bank was rather disappointing)

Hello.

What is the current situation with the interest rates at the regional banks (Baden-Württemberg - Ostalbkreis)?
For my part, I would need to take out a loan of around 160,000 Euros for a house purchase (remaining equity)!

The Kreissparkasse is offering me 1.70% with a repayment rate of I believe 2 or 3 percent!

Wüstenrot was at 1.41% until a few weeks ago... I don't know how it looks now... But based on experience, I probably won't finance with Wüstenrot anyway!

Both with a term of 15 years!

Aha, and how much is this equity part? So what proportion of the lending value would you like to finance?

120K equity!!! 160K euros would be, as mentioned, the loan I would take out.
