1.5% would currently probably be a top rate. Most of it is happening around 1.6-1.7%.

So the interest rates have risen again by up to 0.3 - 0.4 percent in a very short time? How does that affect the year overall?

Yes, they are. However, the correction was long overdue.

How does that affect things?
For every 100,000 euros, a 0.1% change in interest initially means 100 euros more per year in interest.

Ok. Then an increase of about 0.3% would negatively affect the year or the entire term... As I said, with Wüstenrot I could have gotten 1.41%, but as mentioned, that was a few weeks ago!

No, with the same repayment rate the term is even reduced.

The offer will probably be limited in time ([nachlesen hilft da]). Currently, you will not get the interest rate anywhere.

Why would that decrease? So where is the difference, of course, with a higher interest rate I pay more interest money to the bank, but why does that have a positive effect on the term?
