Lighting planning ground floor - spotlights, improvement suggestions?

the concrete ceiling is to be ordered for me, a plan with the spotlights was made for this, what do you think of the layout?

Some should also go in the upstairs bathroom, or should I do without them?

Kitchen .. there is a row missing in front of the tall cabinets
On the right side of the kitchen ... why are there 8 there?
Dining table ... why are there 4 there and wouldn't outlets for nice pendant lights be better?
Living room .. what are the middle 8 supposed to be? There are floor lamps by the seating areas (so maybe floor sockets) or outlets for pendant lights would be better.

My wife is shooting cooking videos, these should cast shadows when you are underneath, not so optimal then, according to the electrician
