Hello guys, I am really overwhelmed at the moment.
The house is finished except for the outdoor facilities.
Location Rhineland-Palatinate, if that is important.
Now we have to support the property on one side. This is done with 80cm L-bricks.
I wanted to put a fence on the L-bricks. But I just don't understand the development plan.
Hopefully someone here can help me.
The development plan states the following.
" The heights of retaining walls and enclosures according to § 62 Abs. 1 Nr. 6 Landesbauordnung always refer to the valley-side intersection of the natural ground surface reaching the structural facility (§ 2 Abs. 6 Landesbauordnung).
Enclosures along public traffic areas and public land are only permitted up to 1.00 m height above the natural ground."
What I don't understand... what is the "valley-side intersection" ??
And how high is the fence allowed to be.
Best regards
