Either it will come through the wall or through the floor. Wireless power will be difficult. So you can choose whichever you find nicer. Basically, the garage is practically a house as well. So you could also install a normal house entry. In our new development area, the electrician simply drilled diagonally with the drill between the wall and the base slab so that it comes out on the outside at the bottom of the base slab. Run the cables through, seal properly, and done. Afterwards, you can install a cable duct and a smaller distribution box above it. It would be worthwhile anyway if you want to install more than just a light switch in the garage.
