Can you tell me where you know that from? At least I can't find any official announcements about it. I also want to build in southern SH in the coming years (preferably with good public transport connections via Norderstedt to northern Hamburg), but generally find little information about new development areas. So far, I have only found Bauland SH and LGSH as overview portals, which as property developers are certainly not independent and do not list everything.

Just write to the municipalities.
Otherwise, go around the localities. On Google Maps, you can see empty plots and then ask around the neighborhood if anything is possible. That’s how we found ours.
A new area is coming in Hasloh, but as far as I know, they are already in the allocation process. I don't know if you can still submit your "application" now. But it’s worth a try.

I picked that up over a year ago. It was still in rough planning back then. The new development area already has a name, but unfortunately I can't remember it anymore.
Just call the municipality.

Thanks to both of you, then I will make my way along my desired axis through the municipalities. The area in Hasloh already seems to be completely allocated. And seeing the land prices, I should probably orient myself a few kilometers further north.

I also find them relatively steep. Above all, it's in the flight path of Hamburg Airport.
