In any case, some things have been approved here or never noticed. Fence, concrete garages, residential house. Digital atlas Lkrs. Borken? What is shown there?

Previous owner brother-in-law and hunting or bowling buddy of the local mayor, new owners two newcomers with a diverse family constellation - factors like these alone can determine "we didn’t see that."

The problems are displayed. The questioner would like to solve the puzzles now before she drops over 250k.

Yes, I am very confused... Of course, we are calculating with about 200,000 euros to make the house habitable again. We were at the bank, everything is okay so far. But if I can't use the property the way I want to (talking about my free-roaming dogs and the possible Great Dane breeding), then, as nice as it is to live without neighbors, it is useless for me. I will still call tomorrow and take a piece of the house, since something has already broken off, to see if it is really asbestos. I am really very sad because this is exactly how I always wanted to live,

Well, asbestos is the least of the problems. It just has to be separated during demolition and taken to the landfill xtra as hazardous waste. It is more expensive, but not unaffordable. What does the [Digitalatlas] say? All buildings in the register? Please check that. If that is the case, then nothing has been hidden for now. Then call the [Kreisbauamt] and ask what you are inquiring about here.

Hi,
so in Kreis Borken, Außenbereich + Landschaftsschutzgebiet: be very thorough when asking questions! We live there, also Außenbereich but luckily „only“ Wasserschutzgebiet, not Landschaftsschutzgebiet.

As a „person moving in“ you are partly simply not allowed to do a full renovation and then move in. Some people here have already bitten the dust badly and had to either live in the corresponding dilapidated buildings (there are several deadlines here before you can renovate; the primary residence must be at the address for a certain time, etc.) or have sold again.

Just adding things is also not possible, they are extremely picky here and nowadays they rigorously enforce rebuilding back.

I wish you good luck with your dream, but inquire. Very thoroughly.

Best regards, Tina
