Hello everyone,
a question regarding the land survey. The plot we favor has neighbors on the left and right. The fence, or rather the first 10m of the fence, makes a nice curve inward into "our" property from the front.
I suspect that the fence runs on "our" property. I don’t want to accuse the neighbor of anything bad, but then we would already have the correct boundary.
But how is the exact course determined? By a surveyor? But how does he do that? Logically, I would assume he looks for boundary stones, but what if he doesn’t find any? At the end of the property, the corner where a boundary stone might be is quite overgrown.
What if none are present?
