Land in the outer area - Is it worth objecting?

It's great to have a wooden house in connection with the HQ100 area. Just make the house buoyant :p and you'll have the neighbors with their valuable stuff standing at your door during the next flood.

So, quick update:

The HQ100 property is actually classified as an outlying area, but according to the 85-year-old neighbor, there hasn’t been a single puddle on the meadow in 60 years. Well, that property is off the table.

On the other hand, property No. 1 is now "suddenly" buildable. In fact, I am now supposed to submit a preliminary building inquiry after I threw the possibilities of a project-related development plan into the various administrative offices.

The people in my immediate environment believe that the authorities would rather approve the outlying area for me than have me keep bothering them any longer.
