Especially ridiculously easy to find the location despite the white markings. Wilhelm-Külz-Straße, Lauchhammer.

My goodness, then simply don't help or just point out that you need more information. I didn't know if I was allowed to post unredacted images here.

This forum is really as endlessly unfriendly as I have rarely experienced. I wonder if you were all born as builders & internet pioneers?!

I will spare you further questions in the future and avoid this forum. And for future questioners, you should link here so that no one makes the mistake of wasting your precious time anymore.

You can try going to the Green forum, compared to that the tone here in the Orange forum is almost pastoral ;-) Yes, please. As a helper, one uses, for example, their lunch break to give advice. Forgetting unimportant details is quick – asking further questions and coming back later to see if the questioner has already answered them is unnecessarily obstructive.

Count the friendly and helpful answers to your inquiry – that was already quick and good. Your possibly written in the heat of the moment very general comment on a snide remark is a slap in the face to the other responding forum members. That I find unfriendly.

To the point: The only chance you have is to negotiate something with the municipality. The basis to assert a claim is more than thin. Looking at the situation, I share your astonishment as to why more should not be built there. Such negotiations can drag on for years, and since the property, if I read correctly, is not yet yours, I would only buy it on suspicion if the purchase price reflects the risk.

It's a pity if you don't read more into the post. Just because the answers don't fit your dream world, are we being unfriendly here? Ingratitude is the world's reward.

I have also thanked for the helpful answers and of course I understand that people only answer on the side in this forum - still, I find it inappropriate to meet a newcomer with such polemics instead of simply writing "Please don't redact, we need this information." This has nothing to do with a dream world, but with politeness - I do not treat friends or strangers this way and I expect the same in forums. Nobody is perfect.

The purchase of the plot has now become unnecessary, as we can buy another plot that also meets our requirements, but brings other particularities. Therefore, thanks again for the exchange and also to for the factual answer.
