Hello everyone,

we have built a new house. On one side, there is quite a slope, so we decided to install L stones (80cm high) for about 8 meters along the property boundary and fill up the 80 cm, so that the slope is not so steep.

The neighbor, on the other hand, accepted the slope and has left it "natural."

I wanted to ask here whether what we did, namely filling up the 80 cm, is actually completely allowed or legal?

I think so, why shouldn't that be allowed? So a picture would be quite helpful, but I think it falls under garden design and building a small wall and filling it with sand should be perfectly fine!

Hello, ask the building authority. We were told that up to 1 meter in height is allowed as a enclosure. But it is certainly dependent on the federal state.

fun

That should be fine, I see no violation there. With such a low amount, there is nothing to fear.
