The yellow square is correct, the yellow hand-drawn line is not, it was perhaps a bit misleading. In the picture with the hand-drawn line, it is about the property at the top right. I know the area, but I will not post it here because the thread starter has obscured the street names...

I mistakenly wrote expert reports, which is basically not correct. It was merely about the official announcement by the district court regarding the foreclosure.

the properties located in X registered in the land register of X sheet X will be auctioned:

Land register designation No. 1: district X, corridor 4, parcel 709, forest area, X; size: 1Xm²,
inventory list No. 2: district X, corridor 4, parcel 711, building and open area, X; size: Xm²
Development according to expert report: 2 undeveloped, unserviced rear plots.
In this context the question: Can I request an expert report here, if available? (Sorry for the many questions, but I am quite inexperienced/new to this topic)
For this, I would probably have to look at the market value appraisal at the local district court, correct?

The reference value was incorrect; it is the initial auction where the highest bid >70% of the determined market value can/could receive the bid.

Yep. Just go to the court. Then you'll know more.

If there is a market value, there is also an appraisal. It states what was investigated and how the price was determined. Since the surrounding properties are not affected by contaminants, it must have originated locally. For a 5x5m building, it is more likely private. For the appraiser, presumably everything with larger trees is considered forest. The land use plan states what it officially was at one time, although it can also transition from grassland to forest if everything has been growing for years. Near me, several courts and a citizen referendum finally decided whether it is forest or grassland.

Lots 709 and 711 are being auctioned

Except for the owner of 713 (and possibly 715), the property is not usable.
It is listed in Google as house number 57c, plot 713 is 57a and plot 850 is 57b.
Whether there is a right of way over plot 713, or to what extent a right of emergency passage can be pursued, no idea.
I would quickly forget about building on it now...
