Hello!
As far as I know, there is a rule by which one can determine whether a house is considered single- or two-story based on the ratio of the attic area with a certain room height to the ground floor area. Where is the knee wall located in the case of calculated two-story status? In the attic or above that in the attic space/loft?
Underlying this is the question of whether I can practically plan my knee wall freely in the attic if the house is considered two-story.
