then just say what is wrong! It is a draft and I am open to suggestions. Don’t let the colors confuse you! A friend told me everything is very well thought out and I don’t have to ask my wife, I will then find one that matches the furniture!

If you need help with kitchen planning (and by that I don’t primarily mean the material, but the structure), I would recommend the "Küchen" forum.

Tiles as a substitute for a countertop are unsuitable because of the grout lines. Granite, of course, is more appropriate! Drywall for the structure? How do you want to make the inside look nice?
The hanging cabinet section above the left kitchen leg reminds one of a pub counter from the Ruhr area and simply makes the kitchen dark on the inside.

I already knew that no woman stands behind the DIY kitchen, otherwise the idea wouldn’t even exist. Just wanted to have that confirmed .

As I said, there are experts for kitchens over there!

I just have to deal with the sloping roof on the right and the blackout thing is ridiculous. I definitely need that cabinet there to hide the electrical distribution, and then I can build it so that I can access it from 3 sides. Nothing inside has to be nice, but practical, so these are not doors but drawers that can be pulled out completely so you can reach everywhere with a mop and vacuum. For the cladding, I was thinking more of checker plate and anhydrite stones.

I cannot assess your construction. With wood, you can achieve these surfaces well; in our oddly shaped Berlin apartment, we had a worktop solution made of ash laminated wood from a carpenter. With that, you could make any depth. However, I remember that apparently no large parts are brought into the room by force. From a practical point of view, this kitchen would not suit my cooking habits. Reasons for this:

1. Next to the hob, there would be too little work surface for me; I couldn't place pots, pans, or prepared bowls with ingredients or put down cooking utensils there.
2. The distance from the oven - if it should go into the recess in the left kitchen cabinet - to a free work surface or to the sink would be too far for me. Taking something out briefly and putting it back in means longer distances.
3. I like light and space on the work surface. I fear the wall cabinets in the room would be detrimental to this.
4. We realized the solution with trolleys for better cleaning with a mop in our second apartment. It did not prove effective because we had too little space to move the trolleys far enough away to clean well. Trolley out, clean partial surface, trolley in, clean next partial surface... Your kitchen also seems too narrow for this.

Is there a ventilation hood?

I can move the cooktop on the peninsula, but it has to stay in that part of the countertop because of the exhaust, which is the small duct on the far left, which also answers the question about the range hood. The cooktop "floats" in the countertop (in the extractor). I will definitely do the thing with the carts, because I absolutely don’t want baseboards, then I’d rather not make them that deep. I was also thinking about solid wood, because around the corner from me is the largest beech wood processor in Europe, but I was thinking more about the fronts. And I wanted to integrate lighting into the bottom of the upper cabinets.

For one person alone, a sink in the corner is no problem. Only when two or three people are cooking do almost all have to use the sink, and they step on each other's feet. I think the sink on an outside corner is good because you can access it from two sides.

Counter space next to the stovetop would be too little for me.
