Hello,
I only believe statistics that I have falsified myself So "what" did you "where" read?
I have already written here several times that a 36.5 masonry (aerated concrete) with appropriate technology in the house leads very comfortably to a KfW 70 efficiency house => attachment
Obviously someone has unsettled you very much.
I don't know with whom you want to build: for example, I offer my interested parties both the hollow brick with ETICS and the aerated concrete without additional insulation at the same price. I see no reason why other seriouly calculating providers should make a distinction here, as both variants are roughly balanced regarding the total costs of the exterior masonry.
Best regards

I have now seen frightening numbers: with a T10 at 36.5 thickness you will never reach the Energy Saving Ordinance 2009 standard, let alone KfW70. With the T9 you just about reach the Energy Saving Ordinance 2009.

For me this means either thinner walls + plastic stuff on the outside or building double-shell. Both significantly more expensive and thus not affordable. House building goodbye...?
