KFW55 financing no longer possible now

Hello,

My financing advisor just said that banks are already no longer accepting applications even though the KFW application deadline for Efficiency House 55 is only until 31.1.

Can someone confirm this?

Today I received the application from my energy consultant.

We received the grant confirmation last week. It also went through our energy consultant.

The application with KFW is not a problem. It is about the financing of the bank.

Why should it not work if the confirmation from KFW says that the subsidy will be paid?

In the past, the grant was only available through a loan from a bank. Maybe after the change, the grant can be applied for directly at the kfw?
