Hello,
my architect told me today that from 2009 it will probably be a legal "must" that new buildings with Kfw 40 standard must have a solar system or photovoltaics. We wanted a water-water heat pump and therefore actually do not need a solar system. Photovoltaics are currently not an option for us because of the costs. Has anyone heard anything about this new regulation?
I would be very grateful for tips on what is mandatory and what can be omitted. I have the feeling the architect is trying to fit all the "new energy technologies" into our house.
