KfW Efficiency House 40 Heating Heat Demand

Unfortunately, I couldn't find anything about my question in the search....
Can someone tell me what the annual heating energy demand per sqm for a Kfw 40/40 plus house may be?

In our development plan, it states that we must come under 15 KWh per sqm per year and hope that it is feasible with a KfW 40 house.

Yes, the first question is which energy demand is meant, as there are several definitions. KfW40 only represents the best possible subsidy, so a house with 3 kWh/m² can also be called a KfW40 house. Theoretically, the same applies to one with 20. Your house must then be designed in such a way that it complies with the 15 (according to the definition in the development plan).
