KFW 55 - Geothermal System Funding - New Construction

Hello everyone,

I will keep it brief:

New building status: Shell construction is complete, roof and brickwork will come soon.

KFW 55: 150,000 euros with 26,250 euros in funding was applied for at the beginning.

We are using a geothermal heat pump with two boreholes. Can this still be additionally funded through the "BEG subsidy for heat pumps"?

A photovoltaic system with 20 kWp is being installed on the roof. Are there currently any subsidies for this?

Your subsidy is not for KfW Efficiency House 55, but for KfW Efficiency House 55 EE. The maximum eligible expenses have now been increased from 120,000 euros to 150,000 euros. The grant is 15% for KfW 55 or 17.5% for KfW 55 EE. Instead of 18,000 euros, you get an additional 8,500 subsidy for the EE.
You will not receive any KfW subsidy for your geothermal heat pump, as you are already receiving this EE subsidy.

And photovoltaic funding depends on the federal state. In some, there are presumably still some available.
