Kfw 55 and manual roller shutters

As we are currently planning our new single-family house, we came across the statement that there can be problems with the KFW 55 certificate in connection with manual roller shutters. Because in the area of the belt winder, the insulation becomes too thin.

Has anyone had experience with this?

Believe you can neglect that.. even with automatic ones, the insulation of the box is lower than the rest of the house. Whether a few more watts wander away on the 20 cm² is probably almost irrelevant. We were manually offered with Kfw55 (however, back in 2014) - that was not a problem. But your energy consultant will be able to answer that best for you.

A colleague of mine built Kfw40 according to the "old" Energy Saving Ordinance with Weberhaus and manual roller shutters.
