Kabel Deutschland or Telekom or both

We decided on KabelDeutschland (Vodafone). The connection cost €900, but this amount is refunded in the first year (waiver of fees). From the 2nd year on, we pay €60 for 200 MBit (400 MBit possible) and all TV channels in HD. Additionally, there is a Fritzbox and an HD receiver with a hard drive. Since we have been using KabelDeutschland for TV and internet for 5 years and our mobile contracts have been with Vodafone since the beginning of our mobile usage period, and we have never really had any problems, we chose this option. The construction phase and connection went smoothly, and when we moved in, everything worked immediately. (see other posts). We are once again very positively surprised

On the subject that with cable you are tied to one provider. I mean that between spouses/partners you can also switch as new customers every two years. Of course, this does not eliminate the provider binding, but there is still the possibility of new customer rates. However, I tend to leave both. DSL only offers 16,000 here, hence the tendency towards cable with 400mbit/s.
