Is this a concrete carport? Or wood/aluminum?

Correct.

That's why I wrote, don't be fooled by the modest little house with an edge length of 9.36 m. The carport (in the example picture) fits better with the Mercedes and Audi that are pictured there. I agree with the price range of . This exquisite budget level is not due to the "plaster look," but due to the "my uncle owns a concrete plant look."

I would like to add something, a car that is parked in the garage is basically cleaner and drier, and over the years this makes a difference. I like to clean my car and do not change it every 3 years, so I make sure that no leaves get into the gaps and no resin gets on the paint. A carport would only be a cost-saving makeshift solution but not a substitute.

Furthermore, the effort required to scrape free in the Black Forest is completely different from that in the Lower Rhine region. Besides, I would bet on a wooden frame construction with steel beams in the roof area. Especially with a timber house builder like DFH.

An umbrella on stilts would, of course, be an extremely rudimentary carport and wind-wise without effect.

I do speculate quite passionately otherwise, but with a known source, I prefer asking to guessing

In this forum, everything always has to be top quality and as expensive as possible, right?

What is wrong with a simple wooden post construction? The long overhang that runs along the front of the house will not be cantilevered either: a strong KVH beam is attached to the house gable and extends one meter forward towards the street. The roof beams rest on this beam parallel to the ridge direction of the house, with additional short beams in front of the house extending over the front door. The entire structure is clad with plastic facade panels in plaster look. From a few meters away, you can no longer see any joints between the cladding panels.

This also results in the fleshy appearance, because inside the cladding are the roof beams as well as the 90° running support beam(s).
