Is the schedule for construction in winter realistic?

Bieber is truly starting with theory here, but life looks different.

I have very clearly pointed out that the deadlines must be monitored and that one should not rely on promises (this was raised by ypg, but I agree). See #17. However: It is not a law of nature that a construction is finished later than agreed. It can also be on time and within budget, but it requires effort from all sides.

With us, it seems to work smoothly within the targeted time. It should be 6 months. The handover is on November 30th, so a little over 5 months. But I imagine it will be difficult in winter.
