Is the price for the new meter cabinet reasonable?

I wanted to ask you if the offer I received is somewhat okay. I have an old house where the meter system needs to be replaced. Currently, it still has fuse screws installed without an RCD switch, etc.
I have now received an offer for 4700 euros for the replacement of the meter cabinet, which is prepared for photovoltaic and wall box including installation.
Is that okay so far? On the internet, I read on a website that a meter cabinet costs between 500 and 700 euros (depending, of course).
Do you think I can accept the offer?

These services are included:

Including installation and cable extension from the old meter.

Meter work included.
Connecting and wiring of the outputs,
Inspection according to VDE including documentation,
Sealing of the system
Inspection included.
Inspection of the on-site electrical installation,
Issuing the inspection report
