Hello!
We may possibly have the (rather rare) chance locally in the tendering process to get a well-located plot for us in the new development area (edge, quiet, view of greenery, strategic location for school attendance, affordable...).
I have attached the excerpt of the development plan (no significant slope - along both axes 0.5m).
The problem: We are a family of five with three children. In principle, we could build 2.5 stories (also with a basement if necessary), but the single-family house building window is a 'cut-off semi-detached house' with 12m x 7m.
We need three children's rooms and a study. Preferably small (10m2).
Question: Is this in such a small plot (or building window) even remotely sensible? I ask to prevent us from talking ourselves into something. The location is very good for us (children could stay at their schools). However, I have never seen a comparably narrow and tall single-family house in a new development. The only thing I found to form an optical gut feeling would be the citiline 2 from Allkauf Haus (and that is longer).
Thank you very much!
