Hello,

Single-family house, KfW 70 incl. pellet heating: TEUR 215
Central controlled residential ventilation with heat recovery: TEUR 10
Basement, as living basement: TEUR 55
Garage, masonry: TEUR 15
Additional foundation costs due to slope: TEUR 10-15 (without soil replacement)
Additional construction costs: TEUR 30
Painting work in EL: TEUR 12
Floor coverings in EL: TEUR 12
Outdoor facilities in EL: TEUR 10
Reserve for extras: TEUR 10

Total investment "in the Rhineland" TEUR 384. In Munich, you can expect about 5-8% (in some places even 10%) higher investment.

Rhineland greetings

Hello,

thanks first of all for all the helpful answers :) and Bauexperte for his cost overview :D

@ Jaydee can you send me your provider via message? :) that would be great.
@Bama so individual contracting is not really worth it? It's still an option for us as well ;)

Whether individual contracting is worthwhile or not is, in my opinion, something each person must decide for themselves. For us, it is worthwhile because we can now realize the higher-quality fittings. For example, we do not have to take the €40 standard parquet but can afford the Canadian maple parquet; this way we can install the sauna immediately and do not have to postpone it for a few years, and, if all goes well, the flush doors and the Bora cooktop extractor still fit into the budget ;)

So can I conclude from this that you would save something with individual awarding of contracts while keeping the same services?
I am already wondering how much would come out of it.

Have you planned the individual contract awarding with an architect? If not, it can really backfire. Or are you a building professional who knows all trades by heart and has considered all interfaces?
