So you mean it is even deeper? Hm.. You have to dig out at least 75cm for the terrace now. How high is your property located in the development area?

Yes, it really does look very deep, but maybe it is just an optical illusion. At least two people not involved in the construction have told me that they find it too deep.

So in this block, I am among the deepest.

I have received an answer...
So the base slab is 15cm higher than planned! OK, the floor is therefore 13cm higher than planned!
Actually, I would have asked for the measurement protocol of the base slab, but I did not receive it.
However, this statement:
"Should they not remove the excavation this week, we will not be able to provide the work and safety scaffolding. This represents an obstruction to our work, which I will then report to you. I cannot and will not let my workers work without scaffolding. We need to find a solution here as quickly as possible."

I would have told him that the person who wanted to remove my excavation can't access the excavation because the street/sidewalk is not finished and the only possible access is where the crane is now standing.
I have now googled and it seems there is some kind of law that the excavation should be stored at a certain distance and with a certain slope from the house. As you can see in the pictures, everything is already quite close!

So much fuss over nothing! If he says so, that's how it is! Stick to the Spezis from now on and don't get confused.
