On page 2 is the plan. There you can clearly see that OKK finished floor is 50 cm below the street edge.

Who plans such crap? I would shoot the architect to the moon, but it's probably already too late.

The picture on page 2 is by zaba and not Marvin.

According to the plan, if I interpret it correctly, it should already be at street level.

um for me it looks the same... 0 is OK finished floor, and then the terrain on the left at the road (?) is 49cm higher... or how else should I interpret the orange line "vorhandener Geländeverlauf"

: You can't interpret your own plan, but you signed it?

The orange line is the terrain, so the floor slab is below the terrain edge. Do you live in the flatlands? Hopefully, you are not the lowest property in the building area?

And you forget that we live on a slope.

1. I even have a neighbor whose ground floor window top edge is at street level, which is unattractive but due to the slope he has no water problems either.

2. You probably wouldn't even notice at first glance that it is like this.

Well, if it is as in the plan, it would be okay. The orange line is the terrain profile, I believe that was even submitted later because everything was still uncertain due to the development. The only thing that was present at that time were the gullies.
