I think small or large-area waves that do not stand out further (only slightly subtle in raking light) are within tolerance. But your facade or that of the neighbor, I find very coarse and unacceptable.

Since it was cloudy during the acceptance, no. But something like that is also a hidden defect if necessary.

Another acquaintance said to me, you always have irregularities. -.-

So you canceled the inspection because of cloudiness? How is that supposed to be a hidden defect? If you didn't complain about it during the inspection, you'll probably have to live with these "slight unevennesses" :)

The acceptance is already completed. But since I am only an amateur and this sloppy work is only visible in indirect sunlight, it is a hidden defect and can still be claimed afterwards.
